I'm sending you an email with the information needed to get rolling but basically to start we'll need the following:
1) Do you already have a domain name registered? If not, then I'll get one for us. It looks like hanseaticleague.com and hanseaticleague.org are already taken, but thehanseaticleague.com and the hanseaticleague.org are both available. If you don't have a name already registered and would like one of these choices or something else specific let me know and I'll get it done.
2) What username and password you would like me to set the account up with. This will give you and whoever you authorize access to the website control panel including forum administration.
3) A list of names for email addresses. For example:
daniel@thehanseaticleague.com,
nathan@thehanseaticleague.com etc... We can set up as many as you'd like. We can also set up email forwarders so that anything sent to
daniel@thehanseaticleague.com will be forwarded to your gmail account so you don't have to check both
If you would like each member of the society to have an email address, I can set up a feature on the website that will allow people to send me their information automatically so I can make them.
And thats about it to start. I can have the site up and running within 24 hours with emails and forums. After that we can work on the graphics and design. If you already have an idea of what you want the site to look like or what features you'd like to have let me know and I'll start working on putting it together. Also, if you have any specific graphics and themes you want included let me know and I'll get to work (I've already started on some graphic ideas as well )
I fixed the spam box problem so I'll receive your emails just fine now.
